Privacy: inquiry data is used only to respond about fabric applications, sampling, quotation and business follow-up; no automatic marketing subscription; unconverted inquiries are retained for 12 months; Cloudflare stores the inquiry and Resend processes notification email.

We collect the product, contact, quantity, application, specification, delivery and message fields that you choose to submit.
How the information is used
We use inquiry data only to respond about fabric applications, sampling, quotation and business follow-up. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and processors
Cloudflare stores the inquiry, and Resend processes the notification email.
Retention
Unconverted inquiries are retained for 12 months and then deleted. When an inquiry becomes a customer record, necessary business records may move to a controlled ERP or customer file and the website copy is deleted after reconciliation.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete the information submitted with your inquiry.
